David Christopher Keck, 17, of Latrobe RD 1, died Tuesday, Nov. 21, 1995, at
University of Pittsburgh Medical Center from injuries received in a vehicle
accident. He was born March 9, 1978, in Latrobe, a son of Vernon David and Joann
(Mercinko) Keck. He was a Junior at Greater Latrobe Senior High School and
attended the Eastern Westmoreland Career and Technology Center. He was employed
by Couch's Inc. of Unity Township. In addition to his parents, he is survived by
a sister, Rachel R. Keck, at home; his maternal grandparents, Eugene and Ann
(Kolman) Mercinko of Youngstown; paternal grandparents, Wendel and Mary (Honse)
Keck of Mount Pleasant RD 1, and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins. Friends
will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday
in Gaut-Bacha Funeral Home Inc., Pleasant Unity. Funeral service will be
conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in the funeral home with the Rev. Fred S. Opalinski
officiating. Interment will follow in St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery, Mount Pleasant
Township.
