The services will be in charge the Rev. J. Domer Hammer, former pastor of be Ligonier United Evangelical church, now of the County Seat. Interment will be made in the Ligonier Valley cemetery. Mr. Keltz died Saturday morning at the Natrona Hospital. For the past 10 years he had made his home with his nephew Ray Roberts and Mrs. Roberts, at 910 Lock St., Tarentum. He formerly was a farmer, having been located along Route 711, north of Ligonier, and later moved to Ligonier, where he served as a Ligonier borough constable. Mr. Keltz’s wife died in November 1919. He is survived by one brother, Lee Keltz, of Chicora, and several nephews and nieces living In the Ligonier Valley.
