    Walda E. Keppel, 76, of Surprise, a welder, died May 7, 1996.  He was born 
  in Pennsylvania.  Survivors include his wife, Mildred; daughters, Lola Wurtz 
  and Wanda Leach; a son, Walter Bruce; stepdaughter, Melody McDonald; sisters, 
  Dora Piper and Geraldine Cessna; five grandchildren; one step grandchild; and 
  two great-grandchildren.  Services:  1 p.m. Monday, Camino Del Sol Funeral 
  Chapel and Cremation Center, 138738 Camino Del Sol, Sun City West, with 
  visitation two hours before services.  Contributions:  Happy Trails Resort, 
  Memory Park, 17200 W. Bell Road, Surprise, AZ. 85374.
