Latrobe Bulletin (Latrobe, Pennsylvania) 12/3/1956
Mrs. Leona A King died Sunday at 4:25 pm following a brief illness. She was born in
Indiana County Oct 6, 1889, daughter of William and Viola Pinkerton. The deceased
was a member of the United Brethren Church, WCTU, Civic Club and Derry Twp Grange No
1973. Surviving are these children: William S, Latrobe; Wilbert R, San Francisco,
Calif; Mrs Vertis (Viola) Hughes, Latrobe; Mrs James (Anna) Chinchock, Derry; Mrs
Homer (Leona) Marriott, Latrobe; 12 grandchildren; nine great grandchildren. A
brother, Linton Pinkerton, Johnstown, also survives. Interment will be in Unity
Cemetery.
