H. Leroy "Roy" Kiser, 79, of fourth St. in Derry, died Oct. 26, 1981, at home. He
was born July 28, 1902, in Derry township, a son of the late Harvey and Minnie
Kiser. He was a retired farmer and member of the First United Methodist church of
Derry. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Cora Marie Butler Kiser, May 13,
1973, and his second wife, Margaret Painter Foster Kiser, died Dec. 21. 1980. He is
survived by two sons, James E. of Greensburg and Donald L. Kiser; one sister, Willa
Snyder, of Littleton, Colorado, and several grandchildren. Services will be
conducted at 11 am Thursday with the Rev. Charles F. Olson officiating. Interment
will follow in Unity Cemetery.
