Wayne H. Kissell, 51, of Ligonier RD 1 died Wednesday morning. He was born Oct. 9,
1928, in Westmoreland county, to Wilbert F. and Mary A. (Roddy) Kissell. A member of
the Christian Church of Waterford and a veteran of the Korean War, he was employed
as a coal miner. He is survived by his widow, Dorothy (Roberts) Kissell; three
children, Steven, Beth and Jason, all at home, and one brother, Robert of Ligonier.
Family will receive friends in Ligonier, from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and 2 to 4 and 7
to 9 p.m. Friday. Services will be held in the chapel of the funeral home at 11 a.m.
Saturday with the Rev. Sherrill Fritts officiating. Interment will follow in Menoher
Cemetery.
