W. Kuhns, a well known resident of Youngstown, died yesterday morning at 9 o'clock, in the St. Francis Hospital, Pittsburgh, to which place he had been taken five weeks ago for treatment. Mr. Kuhns was suffering from paralysis of the swallowing mussels. He suffered from a similar attack five years ago, but his case responded to treatment. Several weeks ago the illness again affected him and he was removed to the St. Francis Hospital, where his death occurred. Mr. Kuhns was a son of the late Isaac Kuhns and a lifelong resident of Youngstown. For 10 years or more he was in the employ of Dr. Joseph E. Peebles of Ligonier street. At the time of his death he was employed at the local plant of the Railway Steel-Spring Company. Mr. Kuhns was aged 43 years. He is survived by his widow. Funeral services will be held Monday morning at ten o'clock in the Methodist Church in Youngstown, Interment will be made in the Youngstown cemetery.
