Mr. Kusinsky has been ill only four days with complications. He was a retired coal miner. He is survived by the following children: Edward, with whom he made his home; Mrs. Ronald Gibson of Latrobe; Mrs. Jesse Painter of Irwin; Mrs. William Knierim of Long Island, N. Y.; and B. M. 2/c William Kusinsky of the U. S. Navy. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, five of whom are in the armed forces. Friends will be received at the home of his son, Edward, where funeral services were to be held this afternoon, followed by requiem high mass at the Sacred Heart Church and interment in the Jeanette Catholic Cemetery.
