Edward Ira Lentz, 80, Latrobe R.D. 4, died Latrobe Area Hospital yesterday. Born
Unity Twp , March 17, 1890, son of late Fred and Cora Kuhns Lentz. Member of St.
James Lutheran Church, Youngstown. Had been a saw mill owner and operator.
Surviving widow, Mrs. Edna Harr Lentz; children: Mrs. Garvin (Althea) Piper,
Blairsville R.D. 2; Mrs. Donald (Faye) Rossner, Duquesne: Donald M., Latrobe R D
4; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters. Norman,
Alvin, Russell, all of Latrobe R D. 1; Arthur, Clarksburg: Joseph, Acme; Mrs.
Estella Hartzell, Latrobe; Mrs. Hazel Stapleton, Mt. Union; Mrs James (Corrine)
Mitchell, Latrobe R. D. 3. Friends received Richard W. 1Dell Home for Funerals,
3 to 15 and 7 to 9 p m. with funeral services in the chapel 11 a.m. Thursday,
the Rev. John L Reiner, D.D., in charge. Interment in St. James Lutheran
Cemetery.
