Kenneth E. Lloyd Sr., 66, of Latrobe R.D. 4 died Sunday in Latrobe Area
Hospital. He was born Aug. 9, 1911, in Latrobe, son of the late Harry R. and
Mary Zeltner Lloyd. An electrician, he was a member of the Prince of Peace
Lutheran Church in Lawson Heights, the IOOF Lodge 541 of Latrobe and the Senior
Citizens Bowling League. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Margaret Campbell
Lloyd; two daughters, Mrs. William (Donna) Smith of Latrobe and Mrs. Andrew
(Loretta) Hurite of Hudson, Ohio; one son, Kenneth E. Jr. of Latrobe; eight
grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Anna Viola Robb of Latrobe RD 6, and one
brother, Willis R. of Latrobe. Friends will be received in James P. Gaut Funeral
Home, Pleasant unity, from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Tuesday. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Prince of Peace Lutheran
Church, Latrobe, with the Rev. David W. Ernst officiating. Interment will follow
in Lycippus Cemetery. Family suggests memorial contributions be made to Prince
of Peace Lutheran Church Memorial Fund. IOOF Lodge 541 of Latrobe will hold
services at 8 p.m. Monday in the funeral home.
