Carl L. Lundquist, 87, of Latrobe RD 4 died Monday, Aug. 26, 1985, in Latrobe
Area Hospital. Born in Sweden Oct. 23, 1897, he was a son of the late August and
Augusta Nodlov Lundquist. He was a building contractor for many years in this
area. Surviving are his wife, Jessie Selesky Lundquist; two daughters, Mrs.
Freida Semnisky of Latrobe and Mrs. Robert (Eva) Shirey of New Alexandria; eight
grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by two sons,
Robert, Dec. 2S, 1977, and Carl Everett, Oct. 23, 1924; four brothers, and four
sisters. Friends will be received from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in Richard
W. Dell Home for Funerals, Latrobe. Funeral service and interment will be
private. Family suggests that no flowers be sent to the funeral home or the
family's residence.
