Mrs. Ada Menozzi Maghrak, 83, of Latrobe died Saturday, Jan. 21, 1995, in the
Loyalhanna Care Center after a lengthy illness. She was born July 7, 1911, in
Latrobe, a daughter of the late Charles P. and Barbara A. Depetris Menozzi.
Prior to retirement, she was employed by the Greater Latrobe School District
with 42 years of service in the elementary school system serving in the Mutual,
Baggaley, Hostetter, Pleasant Unity and Latrobe Fourth Ward schools. She was a
graduate of Slippery Rock State Teachers College, a member of Holy Family Church
in Latrobe, Catholic Daughters of the Americas, St. Vincent Auxiliary and the PA
State, Westmoreland, and Greater Latrobe Teachers Association. In addition to
her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Paul A. Maghrak on Feb. 21,
1974. Surviving are a brother, Charles E. Menozzi and his wife, Ruth of Latrobe
and a number of nieces and nephews. There will be no public visitation. Service
and interment will be private. Memorial mass will be announced at a later date.
Memorials may be made to the Latrobe Area Hospital, Holy Family Church or a
charity of one's choice. John J. Lopatich Funeral Home Inc., 601 Weldon St.,
Latrobe, is in charge of arrangements.
