Chris K. Massena, 70, of Latrobe, passed away on Friday, February 16, 2018 at Select
Specialty Hospital. Born February 9, 1948 in Latrobe, he was a son of Ruth (Correll)
Massena, of Latrobe and the late Charles H. Massena. Chris was a member of Prince of
Peace Lutheran Church.  He received a Bachelor’s degree in history from Clarion
University.  Prior to his retirement, he had been a longtime employee of Latronics
Corporation and had been formerly employed at Wal Mart.  Chris is survived by two
sisters, Anita R. Little and her husband Brian, of Latrobe, and Charlene O’Connor
and her husband Sean, of Rowley, MA; two nephews, Robert Massena and his wife Tammy,
and Adam Hoffer and his wife Chelsea Ale; and a great-niece and great-nephews,
Zachary Massena, Allison Marie Massena, and Andrew James Hoffer. There will be no
public visitations. A memorial service will be announced at a later date. Interment
is private.  Arrangements are being handled by the John J. Lopatich Funeral Home,
Inc., 601 Weldon Street, Latrobe
