Latrobe Bulletin Tue, Dec 23, 1947 
The death of James I. McCune, aged 68 years, occurred at 11 a. m. yesterday at
his home in New Alexandria. Mr. McCune was a son of the late James and Margaret
Martin McCune. of Derry Township. Surviving are his widow, Frames Porter McCune,
and four children: Ruth, Margaret, Barbara and James McCune, III, all at home.
Also surviving are two sisters and three brothers: Mrs. William Sanderson, Miss
Elizabeth McCune and Alex McCune, all of Latrobe; William McCune, of Greensburg
R. D. 4 and George McCune, of Holcomb, N. Y. Friends will be received at the
Felton Funeral Home, New Alexandria, where funeral services will be conducted at
2:30 o'clock Friday afternoon in charge of the Rev. H C. Fullerton. Interment
will be made in the New Alexandria cemetery.
