Ida E. Moore, 84, of 205 Owens Ave., Derry, died Thursday, Dec. 15, 1988, in
Latrobe Area Hospital. She was born Feb. 25, 1904, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of
the late Alexander and Rachel Henry Moore. Before retirement, she was employed
by the Westinghouse Corp., Derry. She was a member of Derry Presbyterian Church
and the Derry Golden Agers. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in
death by her sister, Mary Jane Moore, in 1987. She is survived by several
cousins in Ireland. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday
in McCabe Funeral Home, 300 W. Third Ave., Derry. Service will be held at 1:30
p.m. Saturday in the funeral home with Rev. William J. Haley officiating.
Interment will be in Coles Cemetery. Memorials can be made to Derry Presbyterian
Church.
