Kenneth W. Murray, 69, of 515 East Third Ave., Derry, died Monday at this home. Born
Jan. 3, 1908, in Blairsville, he was the son of the late Walter and Delia Kelly
Murray. He was employed by the Pennsylvania Railroad and later at Torrance State
Hospital. He was a member of Derry First United Methodist Church. Surviving are his
widow, Mabel Wingard Murray; one son and two daughters, Richard K. Mrs. William (Jo
Ann) Glasser and Mrs. Leo (Mary Lou) Allison, all of Derry; two brothers, Arthur of
Blairsville and Harold of Florida; one sister, Mildred of Indiana, Pa. and 10
grandchildren. Family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and 2 to 4 and 7
to 9 p.m. Wednesday in Michael J. Quinlisk Funeral Home, Derry. Funeral services
will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home with the Rev. Charles F. Olson
officiating. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery.
