(Ebensburg, Pa.) 1867-1938: October 17, 1873 A young man named Geo. W. Myers, residing at Livermore, fell from the abutment of a railroad bridge on the West Penn railroad, on Saturday last, near Blairsville, and received such injuries that he died from their effects. Deceased had been to Greensburg with his company, and had returned to Blairsville, and was about walking home, a distance of five miles, when he met with the terrible accident which terminated his life. Young Myers' father was killed about one year ago by a tree falling upon him.
