Mrs. Sarah Margaret Nahar, at her home in Uniontown, yesterday, from acute
indigestion, occurred the death of Mrs. Sarah Margaret Nahar, wife of Alvie B.
Nahar. She was born in Derry, a daughter of the late Howard A. and Mrs. Laura
Patterson, who survives at her home on Third avenue, Derry. Besides the husband,
there are Ave children surviving and two sisters and two brothers. These latter
are: Mrs. Edith Wahalic, of Salina, and Miss Mabel, at home; Clifford A., of
Derry, and Fred, who is with the Marines at Washington, D. C. She was a member
of the Lutheran Church.
Funeral services for the late Mrs. Sarah Margaret Nahar will be held from her
late residence in Uniontown tomorrow at 1:30 p. m. EST. The remains will he
brought to Derry for interment in Cole's cemetery. The casket will he opened at
the grave so that Derry friends who wish to view the remains may do so.
