Latrobe Bulletin Sat, Jan 24, 1931 
Mrs. Mary Zink Noel, one of Unity Township's oldest residents, died at 4:30 p.
m., Friday, at the home of her son, George, of Crabtree. Mrs. Noel was 90 years
of age the 21st of December last. Her husband Jacob S. Noel preceded her in
death five years ago at the age of 93 years. Mrs. Noel is survived by the
following children: George S., of Crabtree; John B., of Ligonier; Mrs. J. J.
Stephenson, of North Side, Latrobe; Mrs. Charles McCarthy, of Greensburg; Joseph
and Raymond of Latrobe; Charles, of Carney: and Leo, of New Alexandria; also by
38 grandchildren and 42 great-grandchildren. She was the last surviving member
of a family of six. The funeral services will be held at 10 o'clock Monday
morning with High Mass of Requiem in the St. Vincent church. Interment will
follow in the family lot at St. Vincent's.
