Mrs. Emma Melville Noel
Following week's illness, Mrs. Emma Melville Noel, aged 79, died at her home on
East Church street, Ligonier, yesterday, at 8:30 a. m. She is survived by her
husband, J. B. Noel and the following sons: Frank, of Ligonier; Joseph, at home;
and Russell, of Uniontown. Nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren also
survive. Funeral services will be held on Sunday at 2 p. m.. DST. The Rev. D.
Alan Martens, pastor of the Ligonier Presbyterian church, of which the deceased
was a member, will conduct the services. Interment will be made in the Ligonier
Valley cemetery.
