The Ligonier Echo Wed, Oct 21, 1914
Mrs. Ada M. (Shoaf) Overdorff, wife of C. K. Overdorff, died at her home at
Foxtown near Youngwood on Friday, October 16, 1914, of typhoid fever, aged 22
years, and was buried in Seanor's cemetery Sunday afternoon. Funeral services
were held at her late home at 1 o'clock. She was a member of the United Brethren
church and of the girls' Bible class of Youngwood. She is survived by her
husband, a son of Mr. and Mrs. H. F. Overdorff of near Ligonier, and by one
child 9 months old, her father, J. M. Shoaf, one sister, Anna, and six brothers,
William F., Alfred J., Elmer J., Harry A., Charles F. and Roy E. Shoaf.
