Susan V. (Peipock) Pavlovcak, 91, of Whitney died Saturday, June 2, 2007, at St.
Anne Home, Greensburg. She was born April 4, 1916, in Baggaley, a daughter of
the late Michael and Anna (Chokota) Peipock. Prior to retirement, she was
employed for many years at the former Mission Motor Inn, Unity Township. She was
a member of St. Cecilia Catholic Church, Whitney, and Jednota Branch 199,
Hostetter. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband,
Paul J. Pavlovcak Sr.; three brothers, Stephen Peipock, Joe Pyrock and Andrew
Peipock, and four sisters, Mary Rozinsky, Anne Murphy, Sophie Arnold and Helen
Petraglia. She is survived by her son, Paul J. Pavlocak Jr. and wife, Rosemary,
of Mount Pleasant Township; three daughters, Dolores R. Pavlocak of Greensburg,
Suzanne V. Pavlocak of Walnut, Calif., and Sandra M. and husband, Jason, of
Northridge, Calif.; four grandchildren, Jeff Pavlocak and wife, Lisa, and Jason
Pavlocak and wife, Tara, all of Mount Pleasant, Jared Pavlocak of Fairfax, Va.,
and Jocelyn Fox and husband, Tim, of Greensburg; four great-grandchildren,
Gaige, Ariana, Alena and Conner; a sister, Betty Brosnick of Unity Township, and
several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Tuesday in Gaut-Bacha Funeral Home Inc., 2072 Route 130, Pleasant Unity. Prayers
will be held at 9:20 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home, followed by a funeral
Mass to be celebrated at 10 a.m. in St. Cecilia Catholic Church, Whitney, with
the Rev. Aaron N. Buzzelli, OSB, as celebrant. Interment will follow in St.
Vincent Cemetery, Unity Township. A parish rosary will be held at 2:30 p.m. and
parish wake service at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home.
