H. Bitner, on Summit avenue after a long illness, aged 75 years, 3 months and 19 days. Funeral Friday at 1 p. m. at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Bitner conducted by Rev. W. R. Corter, assisted by Rev. Theo. Buch. Interment in Valley cemetery. She is survived by three daughters, Mrs. C. H. Bitner, of Ligonier; Mrs. J. A. Skelly, of Altoona; Mrs. H. E. Henderson, of Derry, and one son, J. E. Penrod, of Conemaugh, and three brothers, Norman and David Ankney, of Derry; Wm. Ankney, of Cook township; two sisters, Mrs. Geo. W. Stahl, Cook township, and Mrs. Julia Lenhart, of Pleasant Unity. Also by 20 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
