Latrobe Bulletin Wed, Nov 28, 1934
John Petrosky, aged 68 years, died last evening at the home of his daughter,
Mrs. William Sofranko, of Lloydsville. He had been ill for the past six months,
a complication of diseases being the cause of his death. Surviving, are the
widow, Mrs Mary Sofranko, and the following children: Paul Sofranko, of R. D. 2;
Mrs. Mary Sofranko, of R D 2; Mrs. Ann Lodic, of Youngstown, O., and Mrs. Julia
Keszegi, of Merigo, O. Two brothers: George, in Europe, and Paul in Ohio, as
well as a sister, Mary in Europe, also survive.

Funeral will be held at the home of his daughter, Mrs. William Sofranko Saturday
morning, Dec. 1, with a requiem high mass in St. Rose Catholic Church,
Bradenville at 10 o’clock. Interment will be made in St. Rose cemetery.
