Latrobe Bulletin (Latrobe, Pennsylvania) · 4 Nov 1955, Fri
Albert E. Phillips, 76, 16 Tacoma Ave., Latrobe, died today 
at his home at 5:35 am. He was a member of the United 
Presbyterian Church of Latrobe. These children survive: Mrs. 
Walter Pershing, Latrobe RD 1; Mrs. James Kennedy, Latrobe; 
John Phillips, Pleasant Unity; step-children: Mrs. Ralph 
Helman, California; Robert Steele and Mrs. Ida Taylor, both 
of Latrobe; and Mrs. Martha Hershey, Latrobe RD 1. A sister, 
Mrs. Lorne D. Campbell, Coraopolis, 17 grandchildren and 
three great grandchildren also survive. Friends will be 
received at the late home. Funeral services will be held 
there Sunday at 2 pm with the Rev. Paul J. Halstead 
officiating. Interment will follow in the Coraopolis 
Cemetery.
