Samuel Albert Phillips, the four-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Phillips of
Pleasant Unity, died last evening at 6 o'clock in the Latrobe Hospital following an
operation. Funeral services were held this afternoon (Dec 10) with Rev. H. W. Black,
pastor of the Reformed Church, in charge. Interment was to be made in Unity
Cemetery. The little boy was a grandson of Samuel R, Frye of Chestnut Street.
