Latrobe Bulletin Wed, Apr 20, 1927
George Ransel, aged 80 years, a well known retired farmer of Unity township,
died at the home of his son-in-law, Charles A. Noel, of near Beatty, at 2:15
o'clock yesterday afternoon. Mr. Ransel was a brother-in-law of Mrs. H. F.
Markle, of Chestnut street, Latrobe. He is survived by the following children:
John Ransel, Bernard Ransel and Mrs. Charles Noel, all of Beatty. Mrs. Charles
Rushe, of Youngstown; and Mrs. Carl Haberl, of Latrobe. He is also survived by
16 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 9:30 o'clock Friday morning,
at St. Vincent's.
