Latrobe Bulletin Tue, Dec 30, 1980
A. Roy Robb, 87, of 310 St. Clair St., Latrobe, died Sunday in Latrobe Area
Hospital. He was born in Latrobe Dec. 30, 1892, son of the late Edward and Alice
Shaeffer Robb. A member of the United Presbyterian Church in Latrobe, he
formerly was employed at Latrobe Steel Co. Active in Boy Scouting, he was one of
the first Scout leaders in Latrobe, receiving the Silver Beaver Award in 1966
and the 50-year service award in Scouting in 1964. Friends will be received 7 to
9 p.m. Monday and 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in M. S. Hartman Funeral Home,
Latrobe. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday with the Rev. Donald
Graff officiating in the chapel of the funeral home. Interment will follow in
Unity Cemetery.
