Charles Raymond Rutter, 64, of Latrobe R. D. 4, died Oct. 28, 1981. He was born
March 5, 1917, in McClellandtown, Pa., a son of the late Hollis L. Rutter and Albert
A. Rutter. He formerly was employed by Kennametal Inc. A member of Latrobe United
Methodist Church, he served in the US Army in World War II. He is survived by his
widow Eileen Davis Rutter, two daughters and one sister.
