Mrs. Ruth D. Savadge, 78, of Latrobe RD 2, died Sunday, Oct. 30, 1993, in
Westmoreland Regional Hospital, Greensburg. She was born Jan. 29, 1915, In
Wilkinsburg, the daughter of the late Harry J. and Elizabeth (Gertler) Domhoff.
She attended Zion Lutheran Church in Greensburg and was a member of the National
Historical Society. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her
husband, Joseph N. Savadge, in 1979. She Is survived by her extended family and
caring neighbors, William and Charlotte Dunn and family and Arlene Watson and
family, and a special friend, Anthony Lerro of DeLand, Fla. Friends will be
received from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in Kepple-Graft Funeral Home Inc.,
524 N. Main St., Greensburg. Service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Friday in the
funeral home with the Rev. John P. Harman officiating. Interment will follow in
Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont. Memorials are requested to be sent to the
Mutual Aid Ambulance Service Inc., PO Box 350, Greensburg, PA 15601. Terence L.
Graft is in charge of arrangements.
