Mrs. Ethel M. Schall, 72, of 2234 Blaney Drive, Latrobe, died Wednesday, Oct. 5,
1983, in Latrobe Area Hospital. Born Feb. 19, 1911, in Latrobe, she was the
daughter of the late Wilbur and Effie Dunlap Campbell. She was a member of
Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church of Latrobe. Preceding her in death were her
husband, Louis G. Schall Sr., April 20, 1979, and one son, Louis Schall Jr., in
1973. She is survived by three sons, Charles L. and Donald J., both of Latrobe,
and Michael J. of Kane; one daughter, Mrs. Bruce (Effie) Goodwin of Albany, Ga.;
four brothers, Clarence Campbell and Walter Campbell, both of Latrobe, Russell
Campbell and David Campbell, both of Greensburg; two sisters, Mrs. George
(Myrtle) Marcinik and Mrs. William (Emma) Wible, both of Latrobe, and 12
grandchildren. Family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and 3 to S
and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in John J. Lopatich Funeral Home, Latrobe. Funeral
services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday in the chapel of the funeral home with
the Rev. Donald McCoid officiating. Interment will follow in Unity Cemetery.
