Samuel P. Schmucker, 70, Latrobe R. D. 1, died this morning in Latrobe Hospital.
Born Unity Township, August 5, 1894. Member St. Vincent Basilica; UMW of A Local
5758, Pleasant Unity; First Catholic Slovak Union No. 211. Surviving wife, Mrs.
Catherine Kristofeck Schmucker; daughter, Mrs. Ivan (Henrietta) Cramer, R. D. 1;
two grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Joseph and Michael, both of Latrobe;
Robert, R. D. 1; Paul R. D. 3; Mrs. Alfred (Eldora) Keeno, Pittsburgh; Mrs.
Clara Zimmerman, Greensburg R. D. 5; Mrs. Joseph (Elizabeth) Grote, R. D. 4;
Mrs. Leo (Josephine) Short, Latrobe; Mrs. Leo (Agnes) Bridge, R. D. 2. Friends
received James P. Gaut Funeral Home, Pleasant Unity, from 3 to 5 and 7 to 10
p.m. daily after 3 p.m. Friday. Requiem mass at 9 a.m. Monday, St. Vincent
Basilica. Interment St. Vincent Cemetery.
