Mrs. Pearl Shaw Seabury, 85, of Lansing, Mich., (formerly of New Alexandria)
died Monday in Lansing. She was born Oct. 6, 1893, in Bedford County, daughter
of the late William J. and Eva Wallace Shaw. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs.
Edith Ritenour of Dawson and Mrs. Mabel Johnson of Perrinton, Mich.; one son,
William L. of New Alexandria; 14 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; two
great-great-grandchildren, and one sister, Mrs. Judith Wilkins of Greensburg.
Friends will be received in M. Wallace Felton Funeral Home, New Alexandria, from
7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday. Services will be held
in the funeral home at 2:30 p.m. Friday with the Rev. Charles Shaffer
officiating. Interment will follow in New Alexandria Cemetery. Clayton E.
Linsley is in charge.
