Andrew Semanchik, of Latrobe R. D. 1, died 7:45 p.m. Wednesday in Latrobe
Hospital following lingering illness. Born March 24, 1900, employed by American
Cyanimid Co.; Member St. Mary's Byzantine Catholic Church, Bradenville; Loyal
Order of Moose Lodge 95. Survivors: wife, Helen Ridilla Semanchik; children:
Mrs. Michael Mary Polochko, Lawson Heights; Andrew J. Semanchek, Latrobe R. D.
5; Mrs. Duane (Helen) Pottinger, Lawson Heights; Paul Semanchek, Youngstown;
sister: Mrs. Anna Ridilla, Ridillatown; brother: John Semanchek, Pleasant Unity.
six grandchildren. Friends from 10 a. m. to 10 p.m. daily at Richard W. Dell
Home for Funerals. Family will receive friends from 3 to 5 and 7 to 10 pm.
Litany sung at 8:30 p.m. Friday in funeral home. Panachida service at 9:13 a. m.
Saturday in funeral home chapel; divine liturgy 10 a.m. in St. Mary's Byzantine
Church, officiated by the Rev. Father Robert J. Karl. Interment church cemetery.
