The Ligonier Echo Wed Oct 17, 1900
Mrs. Simon Shaffer, of Main Street, who has been a long and patient sufferer
with a complication of diseases, died Monday night of this week, aged 46 years,
4 months and 18 days.Funeral services will take place on Thursday at 11 o'clock
in the Lutheran Church in Jennertown, Somerset county, conducted by Rev. H. L.
McMurray. Interment in Lutheran cemetery in Jennertown. Mrs. Shaffer leaves a
husband, daughter and son to mourn her death.
