Jacob Sherer Jacob Sherer died at his home, Latrobe RD 4, near Correll's Store,
Baggaley, last evening, at 9:30 o'clock. He was born on June 4, 1865, and was 77
years, 6 months and 14 days of age at the time of his death. He was born in
Pittsburgh, but had moved to Unity Twp. when quite young. He is survived by his
widow, Mrs. Mary A. Sherer, and the following children: Mrs. Bertha Keim,
Youngstown; Charles, Jacob Jr., and Isaiah at home; Clarence, of Latrobe RD 4;
Mrs. May Harr, Of New York City; and Mrs. Goldie Gravatt, of Latrobe. Two
brothers, Frank Sherer, of Latrobe RD 1; and William Sherer, of Latrobe, also
survive as do 16 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. 
Funeral services for the late Jacob Sherer will be held at the home of his son,
Clarence Sherer, of Latrobe RD 4, near Correll's Store, on Sunday afternoon, at
1:30 o'clock. The Rev. J. Leonard Fischer, of the St. James Lutheran church,
Youngstown will officiate at the funeral. Interment will follow in the Bethel
cemetery
