J. Aukerman, general secretary of the local Pennsylvania Railroad Young Men's Christian association, died suddenly Sunday morning while seated at the breakfast table at his home. The deceased was aged 83 years and all his life, until a few years ago, followed the occupation of a farmer in Westmoreland county. He retired five years ago, took up his residence in Youngstown and had since resided there. He is survived by five children: Mrs. M. G. Harmon, Youngstown; Mrs. Eli Harmon, Latrobe; D. L. of Greensburg; Philip of Youngstown; George W. a farmer of near Youngstown; and Cyrus of Pittsburgh.
