Mrs. John M. Shivetts 
Mrs. Mary Q. Shivetts, 86, of Latrobe died Monday, Sept. 19, 1994, in Oak Hill
Home of Rest and Care Inc., Greensburg RD 7. She was born Aug. 8, 1908, in
Greensburg, a daughter of the late Joseph Ouitko Sr. and Nellie Buncie Ouitko.
She was a member of Holy Family Church of Latrobe. In addition to her parents,
she was predeceased by three brothers, George, Thomas and Joseph Ouitko Jr., and
a sister, Clara Ouitko. Surviving are her husband, John M. Shivetts; a son, Jack
T., and daughter-in-law, Peggy, of Latrobe; a daughter, Mary Ellen (Dr. Casper)
Smith of Duncan, Okla.; two sisters, Catherine Brean of Jeannette and Elizabeth
Kennedy of Pittsburgh; five grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. Friends
will be received from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in John J. Lopatich Funeral
Home Inc., 601 Weldon St., Latrobe. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m.
Wednesday in Holy Family Church, Latrobe. Interment will follow in St. Mary
Cemetery, Unity Township.
