Latrobe Bulletin (Latrobe, Pennsylvania) 19 Oct 1974
Mrs. Margaret B. Smith, 78, Fairmont St., Latrobe, died Thursday evening in Latrobe
Hospital. She was born Feb. 18, 1896, in Altoona, the daughter of the late Michael
and Pauline Beck Schultz. She and her husband had the Oldsmobile-Chevrolet Agency in
Latrobe for 27 years, retiring in 1950. She was "Woman of the Year" in Latrobe in
1956. She is survived by her husband, Theron C. Smith, and the following brothers
and sisters: Richard M. Schultz, Mrs. Vincent (Helen M.) Otto, and Mrs. David
(Eleanor V.) Cramer, all of Latrobe, and Paul L. Schultz of Fond-du-Lac, Wis. Also
surviving are several nieces and nephews. Funeral mass will be held at 11 am Monday
in Holy Family Church. Interment will follow in Twin Valley Memorial Mausoleum,
Belmont.
