Mrs. Betty Lenz Swauger, 66, of 528  Ridgeway Ave., Greensburg, died Friday,
Dec. 12, 1986, in Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg. She was born Jan. 13, 1920,
in Latrobe, a daughter of the late Albert and Margaret Keltz Lenz. In addition
to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Frederick, Walter,
Earl and Albert Lenz, and two sisters, Florence Young and Harriet Beltz. She is
survived by her husband, Donald L. Swauger; one son, David A. of Anchorage,
Alaska; one daughter, Mrs. Richard (Dawn Louise) Germano of Greensburg; two
grandchildren; three brothers, Robert E. and Howard P. both of Latrobe, and
Clifford A. Lenz of Coronado, Calif., and one sister, Mrs. Richard (Ann) Gardner
of Greensburg. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and 3 to S and
7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in Barnhart Funeral Home, 505 E. Pittsburgh St., Greensburg.
Service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the chapel at Unity Cemetery, Unity
Township, where interment will follow.
