Mrs. Dorothy McBride Szep, 77, of Rector died Monday, April 2, 1984, in Latrobe
Area Hospital. Born in McKeesport Feb. 28, 1907, she was a daughter of the late
Mr. and Mrs. Harry McBride. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas
Szep, in 1979; one daughter, Mrs. Anna Cindric, and several brothers and
sisters. A member of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, Ligonier, she was
employed as an apartment manager. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Salinder
(Alvera) Zepp of Rector; 10 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. Friends
will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in McCabe Funeral Home,
244 W. Main St., Ligonier. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m.
Thursday in Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church. Interment will follow in
Richland Cemetery, Dravosburg.
