John Francis Thompson, 45, died at 1:30 pm yesterday at the 
Medical Center at Jersey City, N. J. He is survived by his 
widow, the former Miss Florence Overly, daughter of Mr. and 
Mrs. P. K. Overly, of near Peanut; three children, Geary, 
Alan and Phillip; and two sisters and a brother, in New 
Jersey. He had been in ill health for several years.
