She suffered a cerebral hemorrhage Christmas Eve. Born in Mammoth Sept. 1, 1891, she was a member of St John the Evangelist Church, American Legion Auxiliary, Senior Rosary Society, Gold Star Mothers and the Polk Lodge 226. Her husband, John Torba, preceded her in death in 1949. She is survived by these children: Mrs. Samuel Marie Park, Altoona; Mrs Fred (Ann) Zeglin, Latrobe; Walter Latrobe: Mrs. John (Helen) Miller, Swissvale; Mrs. John (Louise) DeFelice, Latrobe; Mrs Joseph (Genevieve) Planinsek, Ligonier; Mrs Melvin (Cecelia) Norton, Trafford; Frank, Latrobe: Dorothy, at home; Florence, A/2c, stationed at Lowry Air Force Base, Colo.; 22 grandchildren. These brothers and sisters also survive: John Ridilla, Ridillatown; Joseph W. Ridilla, Latrobe; Mrs. Andrew (Helen) Semanchek, Ridillatown; Mrs. George (Catherine) Daniels, Smith's Ferry. A brother, Peter Ridilla, died in April, 1956. Friends will be received at her late home after 7 p.m. today until Monday when services will be held in St. John the Evangelist Church at 10 am. Interment will be in St. Vincent Cemetery.
