D. 3, died suddenly at his home at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday. Born March 14, 1906, in Ligonier Township, he was principal of Northern Area School. A teacher for 44 years, he had taught in New Derry, Crabtree and Bradenville area schools. Tosh was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Latrobe, and a Sunday School and catechism teacher. He was a member of the church council and he was a liturgical deacon. Tosh was intermediate past president of the Greater Latrobe Education Association and a member of the IOOF, Latrobe, the Pennsylvania State Education Association, and the National Education Association. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Violet Lawson Tosh; one son, Barry Allen of Binghamton, N. Y.; one granddaughter; one brother, Clarence L. of Bradenville, and one sister, Mrs. Frank (Olive) Stewart of Latrobe.
