Ligonier District Woman Dies At 92 
A Ligonier district nonagenarian, Mrs. Anna E. Tosh, died at 11:30 a. m.
yesterday at the home of her son, Charles Tosh, of Ligonier Township. She was 92
years of age and the widow of the late Peter Tosh, who preceded her in death in
1942. Surviving are five sons: Frank, of Chambersburg: Albert, of Glenshaw; and
Edward, Harry and Charles, all of Ligonier Township. Also surviving are 14
grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Friends
will be received at the Sibel-Wolford Funeral Home in Ligonier where funeral
services will be held at 1 o'clock Wednesday afternoon with the Rev. Walter D.
Reed, pastor of the Ligonier First Presbyterian Church, officiating. Interment
will be made is the Ligonier Valley Cemetery.
