Mrs. Rose M. Toth, 79, of 211 James St., Latrobe, died Thursday, Feb. 9, 1989,
in Latrobe Area Hospital. She was born Jan. 10, 1910, in Greensburg, a daughter
of the late Joseph and Angeline DiMerino DiStefano. She was a member of Holy
Family Church of Latrobe and a former member of the church's Rosary and Altar
Society. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister,
Josephine DiStefano. She is survived by her husband, George T. Toth; one
daughter, Mrs. William (Laverne) Manchester of Latrobe; three brothers, Dominick
DiStefano of Woodlawn Hills, Calif., Paul DiStefano of Brook Park, Ohio, and
John DiStefano of Greensburg; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, and a
number of nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9
p.m. Saturday and Sunday in John J. Lopatich Funeral Home Inc., 601 Weldon St.,
Latrobe. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Monday in Holy
Family Church, Latrobe. Interment will be in St. Mary Cemetery, Unity Township.
