He was a retired Westinghouse Manufacturing Co. employe. He was employed at the Derry plant as a kiln placer and later as a janitor. The deceased was born in Beverly, O., Nov. 13. 1885, son of the late William and Susanna Humphreys Tyson. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Cora Garris Tyson, and these children: Charles L., Philadelphia; Mrs. Thomas (Nora) Riley, Derry: Mrs. Elmer (Louise) Hudson, Albany, Calif.: seven grandchildren and seven great- grandchildren. A brother, George Tyson, Zanesville, O., also survives. Friends are being received at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Nora Riley, 363 Owens Ave., Derry. until Wednesday at 2 p. m. When funeral services will be held there in charge of the Rev. Edward M. Thomas, pastor of the Derry Presbyterian Church. Interment will be in Coles Cemetery, Derry.
