Corinne Vogle, 78, of Greensburg, died Friday, Jan. 21, 2005, at home. Born June 15,
1926, in Latrobe, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Violet McCreery Maloy.
Prior to retirement, she was employed as a waitress and cook by Cedar House
Restaurant. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband,
Rudolph Paul Vogle, in 1966; and four brothers, Thomas, Roy, Alvin and Kenneth
Maloy. She is survived by a son, Keith Vogle, of Greensburg; a daughter, Janice
Mercinko, of Kennett Square; three grandchildren, Christopher Vogle and his wife,
Melissa, of Crabtree, Melinda Vogle, of Sharon, and Nicholas Vogle, of Greensburg;
and two great-grandchildren, Casey and Dalton Vogle. A private family visitation and
blessing service will be held Tuesday at the FREDERICK FUNERAL HOME INC., 1543
Ligonier St., Latrobe, with the Rev. William P. Donahue officiating. Interment in
St. Mary Cemetery, Latrobe. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial
donations be made to the American Cancer Society, 320 Bilmar Drive, Pittsburgh, PA
15205.
