He was as employe of Westinghouse Manufacturing, Derry, a veteran of World War II, and a member of St Mary Byzantine Catholic Church, St. Anthony's Club, Amvets, Derry Twp. Volunteer Fire Co. and the Greek Catholic Beneficial Society, all of Bradenville. He also was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Ukrainian Society, Twin Maples Club and the Rod and Gun Club, all of Derry. He was born in Bradenville, Feb. 7, 1921, a son of the late John and Anna Bartko Waggle. He is survived by his widow, Catherine Sowers Waggle, two children, George Jr. and Deborah Ann, both at home, two brothers and two sisters, Mrs. George (Mary) Reese, Steve and Peter Waggle, all of Bradenville, and Mrs. Helen Johns of Blairsville. Friends may call at the Fisher Funeral Home, Derry, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Parastas Services will be held in the funeral home at 7:30 pm Thursday. Panachida Services will be held in the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. Friday, followed by the Divine Liturgy in St. Mary Byzantine Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
