James W. Warren, 60, of 950 Lloyd Ave., Latrobe, died in Latrobe Area Hospital
Wednesday afternoon. He was born in Derry Dec. 16, 1915, a son of the late
Samuel Warren and Emma McClain Warren. He was a member of St. Vincent Basilica,
St. Joseph Beneficial Society and Kingston Vets and Sportsmen Association. His
son, James B., preceded him in death March 28, 1969. He is survived by two sons,
Terry R. of Latrobe and Jerry, at home: three daughters, Mary Francis at home,
Mrs. Paul Marilyn Toth of West Mifflin and Mrs. Patricia Giacobbi of Latrobe;
four sisters: Mrs. Vince (Bertha) Pothoff of Greensburg, Mrs. Violet Wellek of
Latrobe, Mrs. Amelia Dougerty of Pittsburgh and Mrs. Frances Ryan of Phoenix,
Ariz., and 10 grandchildren. The family will receive friends in John J. Lopatich
Funeral Home, Latrobe, from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. daily. Mass of Christian
Burial will will be held at 10 a.m. Monday St. Vincent Basilica. Interment will
be made in St. Mary Cemetery.
